I am 50 years old now. In my life, the biggest life-changing decision has been to quit smoking.
A teenager who has joined the ranks of bad guys. He secretly stole his father’s cigarette, stood in his room and set it on fire. I still remember clearly when I inhaled nicotine for the first time in my life. Such a bad thing became a habit someday. In his mid-30s, he moved to Hawaii and started surfing.
I lost my breath due to paddling and felt a great deal of strain on my lungs. Realizing that “I can’t improve my surfing unless I quit smoking”, I threw away the cigarette box left on the way back from the sea.
Like a lie that I had smoked for 20 years, my daily life changed from a smoker to a non-smoker.
After that, I became a human being in the morning when the morning was weak, and started yoga in the morning. By taking prana in the air into the body, we maintain physical and mental health.
